Work/Life BalanceAt GSKA we support the need for individuals to balance their work and personal lives and aim to provide an environment that promotes flexible work practices. Alternative Work Practices
GSKA recognises that sometimes individuals require flexible working arrangements and encourages its departments to implement these arrangements where it is economically and operationally feasible to do so, in a fair and transparent manner. Decisions to approve and support these arrangements are based on business needs, personal circumstances and the nature of employment. Arrangements may include leave of absence/career break, unpaid leave, part-time or part-year employment (reduced hours, part-time for employees returning from parental leave, part time for parents during school holidays, study, family and job sharing).
