GSKA supports its employees to support the community. The Employee Grants program encourages and rewards employee participation in fundraising activities that aim to improve health and wellbeing in the local community.

Staff can apply to the Community Council for grants to match dollar for dollar their own personal fundraising efforts (capped at $500 for an individual and $1,000 for a team). Examples include Girls Night in for the Cancer Council, Oxfam trail walk, Melbourne Marathon to raise funds for Cerebral Palsy Association, Variety 4WD Bash.
