All staff are entitled to day’s leave to volunteer in community projects of their choice.

A number of team building activities are also offered working with local community organisations. Examples include SCOPE (working with people with disabilities), People and Parks (regeneration work in the Dandenong Mountains), and FareShare (preparing food for the homeless).

We have also given all staff an additional day to help support the communities affected by the recent Victorian Bushfires.
