SANE Australia
SANE Australia is a national charity working for a better life for people affected by mental illness.
It campaigns for improved services for, and attitudes towards, people affected by illnesses such as depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. SANE conducts applied research which aims to make a real difference to their lives and to those who care for them.
It also promotes understanding of mental illness through an award-winning range of education products and services for those affected, their family and friends, health professionals and the general community:

- Support for SANE Helpline – a national Freecall phone service and Helpline Online, providing information, advice and referral on mental illness $40,000
- Support for SANE Guide to Good Mental Health; for people affected by kidney disease $15,000
- Support for Smoking and Mental Illness Research Report $10,000
