All Unit staff members have a profound knowledge of all aspects of early clinical trials management. The Unit Management Team leads a team of dedicated, committed, competent and enthusiastic medical, scientific, technical and administrative personnel.

Every new staff member (GSK employees as well as all contingency workers) undergoes an extensive training program in order to provide our customers with services to highest quality standards, to comply with Good Clinical Practice and regulatory requirements, and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our volunteers.
